1. What is Dwarf Campaign?
--------------------------

Dwarf Campaign is a custom campaign for Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.
It has a strong focus on story-telling and balanced gameplay. There are
three chapters in the story and a credits map at the moment.

Dwarf Campaign can be played by one player, with the exception of the
stand-alone version of Chapter 3: Temple of the Old Gods, which can also
be played by two players online.

2. Installation
---------------

Installer: Run the installer and it copies the dwarf campaign to the
correct directory.

Plain Campaign file: Copy it to the Campaigns folder under the
installation directory of Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.

3. Requirements
---------------

Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne with patch 1.17 or later installed.

4. Download and Updates
-----------------------

http://www.dwarfcampaign.com/download.html

You can see the release version of your campaign in the header of this text
file. Or, you can check the release version by opening the folder where you
saved the file and looking at its file name. It ends in -R1 or R2, etc. R1
means Release Version 1, and so on.

5. Difficulty Levels
--------------------

Easy / Novice:

This difficulty is designed for players who know the basics of WarCraft III
but do not have much experience in playing it. Also select this difficulty,
if you want to quickly follow the story rather than take time to beat some
challenging encounters. Effect: Enemy units have 50% of normal hit points
and several monsters are removed.

Normal / Experienced:

This difficulty is designed for players who are somewhat experienced with
WarCraft III but have little experience in tough melee games. If you can
beat a normal melee computer, and you have played through the Blizzard
campaign (without cheats), this is probably the right difficulty for you.
Effect: Enemy units have normal hit points.

Hard / Professional:

This difficulty is designed for players who regularly defeat insane melee
computers and have honed their skills and combat tactics in melee games
against other human players. If you select this difficulty, be ready to
face challenging encounters. Effect: Enemy units have 150% of normal hit
points and the number of monsters is increased.
